Before you give us order please read terms and condition below. Please note, the following terms and conditions are non negotiable.

Japan trading is responsible to :

• Provide you accurate information about your car
• Provide you Auction`s inspection sheet
• Provide you Auction`s Invoice
• Provide you detailed information and photos of your car
• Provide you shipping service
• Provide you Invoice

Auction Results will be provided after auction

IF YOUR TARGET WILL EXCESS MORE THAN 1MILLION YEN MARKET PRICE, THE DEFERENT DEPOSIT AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED. PLEASE ASK. I WILL DEAL THIS CASE BY CASE.

Your responsibility :

• Please check your target car can be imported without problem. Some country has a certain restrictions about car importation for many reasons.
• Please make sure that you submit us correct information such as, Auction name, Date Number models Bidding price through this web order submission page. your request for your bids has to be done by 07:00am Japan time on the day of the auction

Bidding :
In some occasion, we might excess 10,000yen than your requested price. We will do this, because we do not want you to lose good chance.

Deposit :
Please send us deposit of 100,000yen by TT in advance for processing your order.The deposit will be used later as a part of your purchasing.

Payment :
Agent fee+ Car cost+ extra service = Fees : you will pay to us

Agent fee 87000yen
Car cost = the amount we pay to auction on behalf of you.

We pay consumption tax, and auction fees to auction

Extra service :
odd meter check, JAAI and big cars like busses, containerization and other services, will be charged. Please pay the amount no later than 3 days from you receive invoice from us. Invoice amount is not include banking charge in your side.

Please pay your bank charge. We will not organize shipping until we receive full 100% amount.

Claims :
I will accept your claims within 2 days after boat arrival. Please note, we treat claims as case by case basis.

Cancellation policy:
1)If you are not purchase car yet. You are able to cancel the deal as long as we receive request of cancellation-notice by FAX from you by no later than 5pm Japan time before auction day. We will charge you 10% of your deposit as a processing fee. The rest of deposit will be send to you in 3 days.

2)After purchasing of your car. You will be responsible for cancellation, 80,000yen will be deducted out of 100,000 deposit. You are able to cancel your car as long as we receive request of cancellation-notice by FAX from you after 24hours you received invoice from us. The rest of deposit will be send to you in 3 days. Please be careful, if I do not receive Cancellation FAX from you, or you will lose all your deposit of 100,000yen.

We deal with only serious bids, if the price submitted is obviously not make it, we will not process. we reserve the right to refuse your bids.

Terms and conditions will be changed from time to time in accordance to the market conditions, in this case, we will notify you about changes.
