Q. I am not familiar with Yahoo auctions
A. Please learn auctions from your local yahoo site. Basically your local auction system is the same as Japanese auctions.

Q. Where I can see Auction ID & Seller ID?

Q. Until when do you keep my items?
A. We keep your items up to 3months, and at the time, if we are not able to confirm full payment from you, then we assume that you abandoned the item, and we send it back to auction, it is your obligation that still you will have to pay to us all cost involved for your abandoned item, and we will not refund you anything.

Q. Can I cancel my auto execute biding?
A. This option is not available. Please think over about biding before request a bid.

Q. Can you palace a bid on auctionB when I lose auctionA?
A. We do not do "condition bids" as we cannot check when each auction closing. However, you can request us auctionB after you find that you lose your auctionA.

Q. When can I know my auction was successful?
A. We send you a result of auction as soon as possible. However, please send a request by e-mail to ask us a result, so that we can check it for you.

Q. Can I bid other than Yahoo Japan Auctions?
A. we help your shopping not only auctions but also, from shopping moles, Please let us know URL where you would like to purchase. we have bidders, MSN, Rakuten auctions, other than this, please let us know.

Q. What happen if a seller will not send my item after I won a bid?
A. We try our best for a trouble happen. However we are not seller, merely a doing service for you, which is placing a bid and paying it sellers on your behalf. therefore, it is your obligation, to assume possible risks and financial loss from auctions.

Q. Can I bid without any deposit?
A. No we will never bid without deposit.

Q. Can I pay through other than pay pal?
A. Please ask us the methods you would like to pay; we would like to do our best. If you would like send money by TT, let us know, we will send you a bank detail. If so, you will have to cover Bank fees in Japan side as well. it is normally 4000yen.

Q. Can you negotiate rather than bidding?
A. We will try doing our best, however, fee will be 1.5times more than normal bidding. Please ask us the details if you need

Q. Can I pay other than Yen??
A. We accept only Yen an US$, When we issue invoice, we use our exchange rate which is minus 5yen from exchange rate where you can read from Yahoo finance page. Exchange rate is always moving, so we use the rate which end of the day. If you do not like "minus 5yen from exchange rate" please pay by Yen.
We have to do this to avoid a risk from exchange rate.

Q. Why exchange rate is different from my newspaper?
A. Exchange rate is always moving. But everyday except Sat. Sun. National holiday, Fixed rate is announced after market is closed. We use this end of the day rate. Fridays rate is used until Monday 11AM. we use our exchange rate which is minus 5yen from exchange rate where you can read from Yahoo finance page.

Q. I saw in the auction page, "Seller will ship internationally" Can you ask the sellers, send my item directory to my door?
A. We are not accepting this option. As our service policy is from beginning to the end. If trouble happens, it will be very complicated. We would like to avid this.

Q. Can I make Yahoo-Japan ID and bid by my self??
A. You will not be able to make account, as you do not have your bank account in Japan. Also, we will not help this.

Q. Can you change invoice amount, as our tax is very expensive??
A. It is your obligation to pay tax and duty. We are not able to help this.

Q. I have a question about the item. Can I send question to seller??
A. the most of case, a seller are not good at English. Please ask us for it. We would like to help this as possible as we can.

Q. Can I ask you refund if I lose auction?
A. Yes, however we will deduct bank fees from your deposit. Also, you might pay pay pal (bank) fee when you receive a deposit.

Q. My auction close 13:00AM Japan time. When will I know the result?
A. Our business hour is from 9:00AM to 10:00PM. We will let you know the result in this time

Q. Do you deal more than one bid for the same item??
A. We deal only one bid for one item in auction. We take the highest bid in our customers when we have a request more than one customers for only one item. Please not that we will never tell anybody highest biding price.

Q. Do you bid before auction close?
A. We would like to help this as possible as we can. However, basically we do auto execution biding as soon as we have a request from you. Please send us a request at least 10hours before auction close, otherwise we can not guarantee your bidding. This is because our office hour is 9:00 to 23:0

Q. What if I found damage with my item?
A. Most of case, seller in Yahoo auctions is a not professional and items are used or hand made. Also, sellers telling us good description about item. We check a conditions of your items and if we find something wrong with descriptions from sellers, we ask seller about it. The damage after shipping from our office to your door, we try to sort this problem with post office.
Items are insured up to the declared amount, or up to 20,000yen, additional amounts of insurance may be purchased. Please do not hesitate to ask this to us, if you need more insurance. Please see insurance in post office.
